Constructional Features
Hopper & Belt Feeder : Hopper along with belt feeder provided for controlled feed as per feedback from PLC
Specialized Vertipact : Special 5 port rotor with hammers for improved crushing performance in tertiary stage (2.5-1.2 mm size particle), It has favourable grain Shape, consistent gradation and low Operating Cost
Diffusion Feeder : The Primary size by size classification taken place before air screen
Air Blower: High capacity forced air blower provided to distribute the particles size wise in air classifier chamber
Air Screen Mechanism : The Air Screen fully automated system that selects and classifies crushed material into sand product & oversize, rejecting excess fine particles to the dust collector.
Dust Collector : Micro sized fine is collected by suctioned air and stored in the filler tank. All the process is done by totally enclosed system and free from public pollution.
